Monumental Tour takes to the high seas for its second stop abroad. After Lisbon Town Hall in Portugal, the Italian city of Genoa was the scene of a grandiose show. Joining forces with Costa Croisières to celebrate its 75th anniversary, Monumental Tour put on an exceptional show in front of the sublime Palazzo Ducale, attracting over 10,000 spectators. Michael Canitrot delivered a memorable electro set, accompanied by a spectacular light show, lasers and video-mapping, created in collaboration with the AV Extended collective.
For this unique evening, Michael Canitrot invited Dukwa, a rising star on the Italian electronic scene, to open the show. The neoclassical facade of the 13th-century Ducal Palace was sublimated in an unprecedented way, offering the audience a powerful, immersive experience.
